Shipping FAQs

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates. We provide you with options at check out, if it is available. By default we choose most economical and practically faster shipping method for you.

How long is the processing time for my order?

Please allow us 1 to 3 days of processing time after you place your order on the website. This processing time is not included in the transit time.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping period depends on the destination of shipment. Normally shipping will take 7-20 days. Please click here to see our shipping plans and countries we serve.

How about Import Taxes and Custom Duties?

Items ordered may come from abroad and any applicable custom duties/import taxes shall be paid by the purchaser.

My orders will be shipped in one package?

Please note that items within the store are located at our different warehouses across the world based on inventory. Your orders are shipped out in one package, carefully packed and secured, if they are all in the same warehouse.

How can I search for an item in the web store?

Its easy, you can click on the search field located on the header of our website.

What are the different payment methods available in your website?

Currently we offer check out through payment gateways like Credit Cards, Debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

The available options at the time of your check out will be displayed for your convenience to choose from.

Can I use Credit Card/Debit Cards for payment?

Currently we are connected to the globally trusted Stripe and PayPal for the secured payment gateway. You can either use your PayPal account or Debit/Credit card for making the purchase.

Is your website secure?

Our website is SSL certified. You can see the padlock icon on the web address field of your web browser, which confirms that the site is secure.

SSL Certificates protect your sensitive information such as credit card information, usernames, passwords etc. But they can also assist in protecting data and keeping it secure between servers

Will I get a confirmation email after my purchase?

Definitely yes. We will send you an invoice with the details of your purchase.

Refunds and Return FAQs

What happens if I get a wrong product?

First of all, we ensure you that, we do our best not to ship you the wrong product. And in case, if you receive a different product than what you have actually purchased, please write to us immediately at contact@kitchenile.com

We will get back to you asking for details including pictures and then we can proceed for a full refund or return.

Do you have Refund Policy?

Yes we do have a refund policy, which we recommend all our customers to go through before making the purchase.

Can i change or cancel my order?

Due to our quick turn around, we might not be able change or cancel your order. We recommend you to write to us immediately to check whether a change in order or cancellation is possible. Write to us at contact@kitchenile.com

Can I return my parcel to you?

We recommend not to return the parcel before you inform us. Kindly make a request writing to us at contact@kitchenile.com for parcel return and we will guide you on the most economical and practical way to get a replacement or refund.

What if I gave a wrong address at check out?

Since the address you provide at the check out will be immediately entered into the system it will be used for shipping it out to you. Please contact us immediatelyif you found that the address is wrong. We work in fast pace, but will try to help you out to rework on that purchase.

Force Majeure

We take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, we will notify you by Email about the situation if we get the update from the shipping company.

Some Other FAQs

Will you provide a tracking number after purchase?

Yes. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your order. Please note that the tracking number will be generated only after the "Processing Period" and once the package is handed over to the shipper.

How can I track my order?

You can find "Track Your Order" on our top bar. In there you can enter your purchase details and shipment info will be displayed once available.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it!

Sometimes, in very rare case, the shipper tracking information can be incorrect. But don't panic, the package will arrive within few days or hours. You can check with your local post office if it is USPS and if not let us know and we will check it out for you.
